No Gift Policy: Ratchaburi Highway District, Department of Highways, Ministry of Transport, moves forward in building a transparent organizational culture in line with NACC standards and ITA assessments. Mr. Piyawat Sairngam, Director of Ratchaburi Highway District, along with a team of government officials, employees, staff, and personnel from all sectors, announced their stance on the “No Gift Policy,” refraining from accepting gifts or presents in the performance of their duties on any occasion, to strengthen an organizational culture based on integrity, transparency, and genuine social responsibility. This policy is one of the measures to prevent corruption and misconduct, following the guidelines of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), which encourages public agencies to adhere to good governance principles, reducing opportunities for giving or receiving benefits that could lead to a lack of transparency. These principles have been adapted to the organizational context to create a sustainable culture of integrity. At the same time, the No Gift Policy is also part of enhancing operational quality according to the indicators in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) for government agencies. Ratchaburi Highway District is committed to developing standards to the highest level by raising awareness of maintaining honesty and integrity, reducing the risk of corruption, and promoting clear, verifiable information disclosure. This fosters a culture of honesty, transparency, and adherence to the standards set by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and aligns with ITA goals, enabling government personnel to grow steadily and serve as role models of ethical management in Thai society.
